Hello and happy Thursday. You are now looking at The Mayflower II located at the end of Frazier State Pier at Plimoth Plantation in Plymouth, Massachusetts. This is a replica of the original Mayflower that landed in Plymouth in 1620. The Mayflower II is seaworthy and when first placed into service on September 22, 1956, it was "toasted" and placed into Brixham Harbor. Beginning on April 20, 1957, it made an ocean voyage. There have been a few repairs over the last 60 years with the latest one this year. Actually, the Mayflower II just returned to Plymouth in June of this year after spending several months in Connecticut for restoration.
