Hello and happy Saturday. I have a Paradise Tanager for you today. This beautiful, multicolored bird is usually found in the tropical atmosphere of the Amazon. You and I can find this one in the Aviary at the Asheboro Zoo. It is considered a "neotropical bird" and you can read more about it at http://neotropical.birds.cornell.edu/portal/species/lifehistory?p_p_spp=610796. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy just looking at this beauty. It's very fast, so it took me a while to get a good photo.
I hope you had a beautiful and colorful Saturday. Thank you for looking. See you tomorrow.
