Hello and happy Wednesday.  Today, let's do Wednesday "On The Rocks"!!  Although it's December, and I am in the South, it's is not usually this warm and so, because it is, I am remembering a day earlier this year when a kayaking adventure took me to this wonderful place called Stumpy Pond.  Stumpy Pond is also known as Rocky Creek Lake.  So, where there are no rocks or the water's deeper, there are stumps and, for obvious reasons, this is a very quiet area for exploring far away from the noise of motor boats.  This place has long been a favorite of mine

Serenity Saturday

Hello Saturday.  Today I have another photo from Stumpy Pond for you.  To me, it's just such a serene place and I love being there.  My head feels clearer and less jumbled;  I can think better; or I can not think at all.  I can just .... be.  And sometimes, sitting still and just absorbing the atmosphere is the best thing ever!

Helloooooo Friday!!  So glad to see you.  And Stumpy Pond, glad to see you too, if only in my memory and photographs.  The end of the Friday workday is near, and, as the hours pass, my Friday expectations for a great weekend grow.  What are your expectations for Friday and the weekend?  Are you going to relax, lounge around the house - or are your expectations like mine - spending time with friends, kayaking and relaxing?  Whatever you do, enjoy the time you have and make the best of it.
